COOKING SPACE - REVAMPED

The design of this kitchen was a result of a termite attack to the space and the increased storage requirements of the clients. The new material used is E-wood which is a wood polymer composite panel, specific for termite and moisture resistance. The clients were actively involved throughout the design and execution process with many interesting inputs for enhancing the efficiency of the existing space. The wall tiles, counter and masonry supports were untouched. A key element to the design is the flexibility of the individual cabinets to accomodate different sized utensils and make room for future addition/deletion of shelf space.
